Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all transactions involving components, modules, and technical services supplied by Nexis Technologies. By submitting a purchase order or paying an invoice, the customer accepts these terms.

Pricing: Listed on the website or provided in a separate quotation valid for 7 days.

Student support: Preferential pricing can be applied for customers with a valid student ID, subject to quantity limits per SKU.

Payment: Full payment is required before shipment.

Lead time: Estimated according to the quotation.

Delay disclaimer: Nexis Technologies is not liable for compensation when delivery is delayed by manufacturer export control procedures or partner warehouse issues, but will inform the customer within 48 hours of detecting the issue.

Delivery: Free inner-city shipping in Hanoi for orders above 1,000,000 VND.

Warranty term: 12 months for genuine components, subject to manufacturer standards.

Technical support privilege: Customers who buy our custom-designed modules receive direct technical support from our FAE team throughout the product lifecycle.

Returns: Accepted within 3 days for visible defects or incorrect part numbers. Returned items must keep the original ESD packaging and must not have been soldered.

We comply with export control regulations applicable in Vietnam, the United States, and the EU.

Customers agree not to use supplied components for military purposes, weapons, or re-export to embargoed countries such as Russia, Belarus, or Iran.

We reserve the right to refuse supply if we detect export control violations without compensation liability.

Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, it will be settled by the competent court in Hanoi under Vietnamese law.
